Well I adjust my teaching skills to match the ability of my current students, I often start with a verbal ice breaker, something easy. The all important part of the teaching process especially to beginners is repetition, and clear and slow pronounced words with good annunciation. I will use real life objects such as an apple ?? etc. Also, as I feel visualising the word helps the Students to remember it.
