As someone who has personal experience of recent stress over exams like GCSEs I can guarantee you right now that Maths is something you 100% get better with by practice. In terms of teaching, I have always been the ‘smart kid’ in my friend group and hence I would always teach my friends maths, this has allowed me to develop a way of teaching in order for my student to easily understand, furthermore, I don’t mind time at all, I don’t mind how many mistakes one makes and will simply be supporting you through it.

I will need to know what curriculum your child does and base my lessons around that, I really don’t believe in anything as “I just can’t learn it” and will try to support your child as best as possible. Assigning work is essential and by teaching your child I will try to have tailored homework to them through observing their mistakes.
