I have taught my students in a very interactive manner. This I believe is the best way to gain knowledge and have the students speak their minds. I believe in teaching and also having hands on practice on tasks that will help build that knowledge in practical environments.
as we know every individual has different needs, so I go through the needs of what the student is actually looking for in my first lesson ( in adult learning). However, with younger students I like to make the learning fun and also ask and receive questions from them as it is in my opinion very progressive. There needs to to be controlled learning too as that strikes a balance with young learners.
