I started to realise I’m very quick and reading at what people need to help better themselves and they’re mentally to keep growing and becoming more healthy, and normally it’s always the little things that can take it to a another level and I hope to bring that out of people and make them a mentality monster! I started off around the 40-50kg mark for a man at 18 which I believed was very skinny....
I started to realise I’m very quick and reading at what people need to help better themselves and they’re mentally to keep growing and becoming more healthy, and normally it’s always the little things that can take it to a another level and I hope to bring that out of people and make them a mentality monster! I started off around the 40-50kg mark for a man at 18 which I believed was very skinny. It was also extremely difficult for me to gain weight at all as I have very high metabolism which means I burn my food 2x as quicker than the average person. I then started to get in the habit of expanding my stomach day by day and making my brain believe that calories a day is my normal amount of intake which helped me massively then take large amounts of water and protein shake down also keeping me light, on my feet but bringing me more power and power as I carried on my journey. I started off with 90 minute sessions but that also increased with experience, doubling to 3 hour sessions. After 3 months or so, getting into the groove of a daily routine, I went from 40-50kg to 80kg, looking like a different person. I do believe without my mental strength I would have not got where I was without it. I also believe I’m a great motivator and can use many things to bring a beast out of people they never thought they had.
