I like to plan my lessons ahead of the class. My approach is to first form the theoretical base of the students with a lot of examples theories and it's analysis. I use of a lot of videos and visual aids like pictures as well as stories to ingrain the concept in the students mind. I like to break down complex theories into smaller manageable units and then progress to teach each unit individually before combining it whole for a holistic understanding. Moreover, I take regular tests to evaluate students progress and love to provide continuous feedback for their betterment and improvements. I love to provide reinforcement for after a successful learning session that helps increasing the motivation level of students. Moreover I engage in a lot of practical training and how to transform the theoretical learnings into practice through role play and anecdotal stories as well as small continuous assignments like case study analysis as well. Moreover I strongly believe that everyone is different and have different needs and tailor my approach to the students' unique needs.
