I Megha Emerse, am pursuing PhD in physics at Nottingham Trent University. I completed my Master's from the University of Madras, India in Physics in 2018 and worked for one year at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras as a project associate. I completed my Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Union Christian College, Kerala, India in 2016. I am also working as a demonstrator in Physics for undergraduate students at Nottingham Trent University.
During my Bachelor's degree, I used to give tuition to a few students who scored very good grades in their university exams. My method of teaching is to make the classes as simple as possible and my motto is to make the students understand the concept that they are studying. If the concepts and basics are strong enough for students they can crack any difficult questions they face related to the subject they have learned. I would also like to give practice questions and solve them once they have the students are thorough with the basics. Even before all these, I would also like to have a chat with each student and understand what are difficulties he/she is facing with the particular subject so that I can modify my classes accordingly so that it becomes easier for them to understand and gradually build an interest towards the subject.
