My teaching methods would vary depending upon the topic for example if it is about plants I would teach them practically by showing them with samples or specimens, when it comes to anatomy it's differs, my major task is to acknowledge the student about the topic with brief explanation, until they get it, am very much concerned on every student to come up with good grades, my support will be there always to them for their improvement in that subject.
