On these sessions I will use a 1-2-1 format where we will reevaluate your career goals, your current experiences and how to bridge the gap.

We will explore different avenues such as search strategy, personal branding and channel optimisation to ensure maximum visibility.

We will also look to conduct a review of your CV and ensure it is aligned to the type of roles you’re interested in.

These sessions will all be personalised and by the end of it, you should have a much better strategy in place.

Throughout the years, I have had extensive experience within recruitment, initially as a line manager conducting interviews, to then headhunting for some of the most exciting projects in Europe to now working as a headhunter in a large multinational.

This has given me a great deal of insight into the pain points of recruitment and what managers are looking for, which has allowed me to support my close network to date with sound career advice.
