I found out whilst I was doing my GCSEs I was dyslexic as I always struggled to learn in school and had to create my own techniques to help teach myself all the content for my subjects. I use a lot of videos to help understand a new topic whilst also creating posters and flash cards that are a fun way to take in information without feeling like your having to revise like it’s a chore I also use a lot of exam questions which I make more fun by turning it into a game with my brother and whoever gets the most right answers owes the other-one chocolate or sweets.I also create PowerPoints as you have to learn the content to make a PowerPoint so I think it’s a good way of tricking our brains into learning something without making it overwhelming.
