My purpose as a tutor is to empower (aspiring) leaders to reach their potential.

I supervised 10+ GCSE/A-level students to enhance their first research ideas, helping with research planning and offering advice and guidance to help students progress. I provided tailored knowledge-building sessions in business and management, sustainability, archaeological sites/heritage management, and museum education. I also motivated 250+ change agents to improve written assignment quality by 80% by crafting written constructive feedback.

I also increased the employability of student mentees by 50% by empowering mentees to conduct SWOT, PESTLE, and soft or hard skills analysis to formulate career action plans and SMART goals, reviewed CVs/cover letters, and provided constructive feedback
