I am looking to help students extend their understanding and change their perspective of maths!

I have loved maths all the way from primary education to A-Level, always reflected within my school results. I am now a 20 year-old Architecture student living in London, doing this degree has helped me challenge problems with creativity and logic.

I will focus on strengthening my student's learning in their school curriculum, helping to understand why methods and practices work, rather then just remembering how to do them. Maths is simply logic puzzles, remembering to treat it this way helps us to stop thinking of it as a scary, arbitrary world. When we see maths like a game, we can finally enjoy finding the answers and solving the 'puzzles' it gives us!

In my sessions, I will begin with logic games to warm up the mind. Then, together, we will work through school curriculum material and perhaps challenge ideas with more difficult maths to strengthen the undertanding of the more simple, curriculum work.

With the right teacher, maths can be both fun and rewarding. New ways of thinking applied into all other subjects, I hope to bring joy to my student's learning that they may have not discovered before!
