In the lessons I will be using a mix of Classical and Estill singing techniques which allows for a clear tone while still showing a sense of identity in the voice. I have been using these techniques for 12 years and still continue to use them. I have ABRSM qualifications in classical singing and musical theatre in practice and production to a Grade 8 standard. You can expect technical exercises every lesson that you can use at home to strengthen your voice and to work on your own repertoire which you will need to provide your own sheet music and backing track for. For repertoire I can advise you into what a panel would want to see but also collaborate with you and find the song that shows off your voice (and your personality ) best. I only offer online lessons so you will need to play the music on your end and email the sheet music (or lyrics if you can’t find music) to me prior to the lesson. I can also offer lessons on music theory which is vital for musical theatre. This would cover reading music and basic theory up to an ABRSM grade 5 standard and would require you to have manuscript paper and a pencil.
