I'll start with asking them what they're struggling with. Then I'll produce examples of how of solutions to their problems. When they understand I'll ask them to solve some problems. The following week I'll start with questions on that topic to see if they've retained the knowledge. I'll also make sure the areas they enjoy are being addressed. I'll start with asking them what they're struggling with. Then I'll produce examples of how of solutions to their problems. When they understand I'll ask them to solve some problems. The following week I'll start with questions on that topic to see if they've retained the knowledge. I'll also make sure the areas they enjoy are being addressed. Having them talk about their favourite topics so that the lesson feels more engaging for them. Finally, every 4 weeks or so I'll test them on the last 4 weeks of subject matter to ensure they've retained the knowledge.
