As a native Spanish speakers and as psychologist who had learn English in academy abroad I have a very unique perspective about how people can learn an language about how people interact and their needs, also I have been working as customer service some years of my life and I learn the importance of empathy, patience and I had developed an active listening on creating positive relations with clients.
