My lessons are classified into 3 stages:
1. INTRODUCTION: Here I do background check on ability of the learner at the beginning. This involve having friendly discussion to set the learning atmosphere as well as creating rapport. Skill to be learnt is introduced in this stage.
2. DEVELOPMENT: Here the introduced skill is taught by discussions, explanation, display of appropriate teaching and learning materials. Such materials facilitate learning and mastery of contents. Questions and answers can be posed for any clarification where the learner may have not understood or to emphasise a skill.
3. CONCLUSION: Learners acquisition of the learnt skill is assessed followed by formative feedback. Follow up assignment may be given for linking to the next lesson.
