Over 20 years working in Adult Guidance and Education in Ireland.
Part of my role involves mentoring, guiding and encouraging students to reach their full potential so that they can develop their language skills along with soft skills required for employment and/ further training.
My teaching method is one of collaboration, activity, communication and topic relevance for each student. Sharing my own learning experience to help motivate students and demonstrate the fun in learning at any age. Empathetic and mindful of the learning styles of all students so that all can be accommodated and included in group classes especially.
