I possess an Executive MBA, a PGCE and a BA Hons Degree in Humanities. I am also an experience and qualified coach specialising in business , career and well -being coaching . I have extensive experience in FE education and operating as a business and career coach

Entrepreneurship and enterprise sessions will involve learning from the idea generation stage through to presenting protypes. This will include topics such as introduction to marketing, financial literacy and presentation . Students will develop communication , team and leadership skills.

Learning will be delivered with using a diverse approach including :
• Interactive workshops: hands on activities, group discussions, role play exercises engaging students
• Project -Based Learning : assigning tasks or projects that require students to apply learning to working environment
• Mentorship: pairing with students and teachers and coaches providing guidance and support

Assessment of learning will be continuous including use of quizzes, presentation and projects evaluation to track progress of students

Students will be encourage to operative in a competitive environment and will be expected to work in small groups operating as entrepreneurs , who will present to potential funders offering limited resources to the best ideas .
