When I know a little more about you I can tailor make a plan for you. together we can decide how often you want to speak and in which order you want to prioritise each of your goals.
I will help you to understand your needs without always assuming you need to prioritise others needs and work scheduling above your own. Together we will work on making sure you adjust to a work life balance that is appropriate to your life style.
Why is work life balance so important?
Maintaining a balance between work and personal life can significantly reduce overall stress levels. Overworking and neglecting personal responsibilities can lead to burnout, which negatively impacts both mental and physical health.
As your coach I will try my best to coach help you stay committed in those times when you feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or become distracted by life's uncertainties.
I will help you navigate back to your goals and passions and towards a health work life balance.
