I will teach Japanese from absolute beginner, from the basic scripts, all the way through to nuanced grammar lessons.
My lessons will be hands on and engaging, with writing and reading practice, and conversation practice.
I will teach with engaging and trusted resources, including the GENKI textbooks which I will supplement with my own interpretation and experience speaking with native speakers during my time in Japan.
I studied biochemistry and japanese at the University of Manchester, which includes a year abroad at Osaka university, one of the best universities in Japan. This experience was a great opportunity to learn more colloquial Japanese, with a native perspective on grammar that can differ from the textbook.
