What makes me different is I will actually listen and understand what to do to fulfil your needs.
A famous phrase I like to quote is 80% diet and 20% exercise. Most people focus so much on the exercise that they forget the most important part.
That’s why it’s important for you to change the way you view your training and make the most out of it.
Currently I cannot provide a training plan if you have a health condition and that is why I’m currently studying an MSc in dietetics to benefit you.
The upfront cost will be £80 monthly and if you pay for three months, it will be £210.
I find the results you will be most satisfied with normally occur 12 weeks after sticking to the diet.
Also with my experience, I will know if you are not following it 100%. Also to not make it too hard so you don’t fall off the diet, I will allow one cheat meal a week that can be any size to your desire. I wish you luck with your diet.
