Taking inspiration from my experience as an Assistant Instructor, lessons delivered at sixth form, as well as seminars at University, I will deliver and interactive and dynamic lesson plan to students. By identifying what it is they struggle on and need help with, I will provide a bespoke lesson plan to specifically cater to how they learn.

My lessons will focus on student interaction and stimulating responses through cues and empowering them to find answers themselves, with a bit of help. I know that for this to be possible, I would build a rapport with students so they feel comfort in sharing their thoughts and never shy away from asking questions, knowing that it all goes towards their learning experience.

In all, I would prepare a base lesson plan for student, but how they reach the end goal may well differ from student to student, depending on what methods of learning resonate with them
