Depending on the level of the students, I am ready to go over the basic concepts of the specified subject, and explain it at their own pace, or, if they are interested, we can go beyond what the curriculum offers. I usually work face to face and here is what I prefer to explore depending on the subjects:
French:
- I'm most comfortable teaching french due to past teaching experiences
- Depending on the level and age of the student, the lessons could vary from mini social games to a time conditioned evaluation
Maths:
- exercises of all types
- demonstrations of formulas not seen in class to help them understand what they are handling
- mini quizzes and tests in exam conditions if they have tests to take
- an understanding of the expected academic writing
English:
- analysis and understanding of mini-extracts of films or videos that interest the student
- depending on the level of the student; games like 'Who is it' or others
- communication between student and teacher in cases useful in everyday life
Physics-Chemistry:
- simple experiments and analysis of these
- learning programming in Python, C++ or other languages ??necessary for their education in class
- typical baccalaureate exercises adapted to the student
