I like to keep the lessons relaxed and informal. I teach online. At the same time though you will learn Spanish fast with the method I use. Most teachers will start with the vocabulary, eg. cat, dog,house etc. This is fine but it doesn't teach you the sentence structure and therefore you will find it difficult to have a conversation with a Spanish speaking person. I teach verb structure with an emphasis on memorizing useful conversational phrases.
