I have been teaching french and basic english for three and a half years and more recently japanese.

My Skills :

Understanding and Adaptation

- I adapt myself and my lessons to the needs of my students : I adapt my diction, my speaking speed, my behavior, my lessons content and the decisions I take to each of my students.

Empathy

- I like to understand my students feelings and points of view to be able to communicate with them as good as possible. Apprehend my students personalities allow me to adapt myself better to their needs. For example, my youngest student was 6 years old and she had a lot of difficulty to communicate with me but she had no problem speaking to her parents. So I let her interact with her mother or father instead of me while encouraging her.

Creativity

- For the needs of some of my students I use cards games, board games and simulation games to make teaching funner. Of course there are students who like a more classic teaching. But even with this one I try to make the lesson content easier to understand than a usual teaching book.
