Hatha yoga is a complex, yet blissful, style of yoga that helps us mastering the use of our body through the guidance of the breath in order to find balance and calmness. Whilst certain asanas can be challenging, through your conscious breathing, we will build stability and strength. This class will leave you energised. It will allow you to honour yourself through your practice by building strength and resilience, refining your awareness, and relaxing your nervous system. This class will combine an intelligent structure and a few yogic tools for you to experience a blissful relaxation at the end.
