My teaching style is student-centered, adapting to each learner's unique personality, interests, and pace to provide the best learning experience possible.

I have over three years of experience working in education and youth mentorship, from teaching English in classrooms across three schools in South Korea to serving as a volunteer GCSE English Literature and Language tutor online.

My lessons are designed to be engaging, inclusive, and tailored to the individual needs of each student, fostering both confidence and academic growth. I draw from over three years of experience in diverse educational settings, including working as a TEFL teacher in South Korea and as a volunteer GCSE tutor. In my sessions, I focus on interactive activities and creative teaching techniques, such as incorporating games, multimedia, and relatable real-life scenarios, to keep students motivated and engaged.

As a TEFL teacher in South Korea, I designed weekly activities that used familiar themes, like popular culture or everyday life, to make lessons engaging and relatable. In one instance, I noticed a group of students were passionate about music, so I created listening activities and discussions around English songs, allowing them to learn vocabulary naturally through lyrics. As a youth mentor, I encouraged students to set personal goals and reflect on progress, creating a supportive space for self-expression and growth. I use a similar approach in my online GCSE tutoring, where I’ve created tailored reading and writing exercises that boost both academic confidence and enjoyment. My goal is to meet each student at their level and build an encouraging, inclusive learning environment that makes progress feel rewarding and achievable.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space that encourages students to be curious and confident in their learning journey.
