Hi my name is Mary, I am someone who is motivated and a creative thinker, who has over 10 years experience in the Retail and Customer Service sector , from successfully managing a family run retail business which includes eBay & etsy sales, to a help desk adviser for a media organisation. I have recently started a Masters Course in Global Business Management in the Fashion and Retail sectors, which has taught me how to assist and measure product development and business marketing potential. And I can fully understand internal financial global accountancy and critical thinking methodologies, research strategies and build a successful business framework.
Who can confidently assist with English Language/written (for all levels) and I can teach strategic performance-related tasks by using techniques like Ans off Matrix and Pestle to identify key external factors and utilise strategic skills to successfully plan and carry out work assignments to achieve outstanding planing to carry out work assignments and projects.

An Introduction on how a student starts lessons:

English Lessons: Depending on level, I will start a short consultation with an easy task to see your learning level and then focus on developing on your strengths and weaknesses, whilst learning new skills for an overall improved outcome.

Business and Customer relations lessons: I will start a small consultation and ask what area of Business and Customer Relations you would like to focus on to study further, and assess your working style. To further improve and develop on key skills and understandings, Whilst learning new skills for an improved outcome.
