My lessons are structured, but flexible. They will be planned with your child in mind, informed by learning theories, the National Curriculum and our shared end-goal of the tutoring sessions. I work in a personable and professional manner, building a relationship with your child to maximise impact of the lessons. I can provide a suggested course of study or be led by what you and your child think needs to be covered. Where necessary and appropriate, I will use past papers to provide your child with an insight into the pitch of the questions (I'm also aware schools use past papers for mock SATs so will be mindful of the papers I choose). Lessons will involve learning games where useful to keep things fun and maintain engagement!
