My coaching is relaxed and gentle - I won't trip you up or make you feel bad. But I will help you work out your priorities, create time for what you need to do and help you to create practical, definite things that you can do to make things feel better.

Coaching is great when you're stuck, feeling stressed, bored or fed up. It gets results fast. Plus there's no need to go digging into any past trauma- it's not like counselling (I've had so many years of counselling...) Coaching takes you where you are, today, and asks what you can do from where you are to help you get to where you want/ need to get to.

You can check me out on my web page here:
I also post all client testimonials here:

If you have any questions, I'm happy to chat - for free! It's important to get the coach/ client fit right. I won't take you on unless we both feel that we can work together well, and that I am in a position to help you.

If you have any questions, please do get in touch at
I will try to reply as soon as I can, and I'm generally good for a zoom call within a week of receiving a message.

I was stuck in life personally and professionally when I contacted mary. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed to move on but knew I needed help to find a way forward. I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but as soon as we met I was put at ease by Mary, who's kind, calm, down to earth and extremely professional.

I approached my sessions with Mary with some scepticism for the whole concept of life coaching, but came away pleasantly surprised. She guided me through a self-assessment which led me to make one specific change - pursuing a hobby I had previously discarded as too hard without properly considering it - which has led to me enjoying myself much more. I have had many coaches in many aspects of my personal, sporting and professional life, and I generally reckon it's a good result if you can get at least one result from any coach. With Mary I did, and it was greater levels of happiness and enjoyment.

Mary coached me for approximately 8 sessions, and I found her to be very approachable, she also helped me through some challenging times, this in turn helped me to get out of my own way and move forward in my life. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
