Being a bilingual who learned English and Arabic on a native level since early childhood is the reason why I've taught both languages for years.

My passion for English Literature was deepened through my major at College then having taught ESL to school students at all ages and to adults.
Having Studied Translation and Arabic Literature explains why I specialized in teaching Arabic to non-Arabs.

My +20-year experience includes teaching: ESL, British & American Literature, Phonetics/Pronunciation, Social Situations, Arts & Entertainment, Academic Writing, E-mail & Business Writing, Meetings & Presentations, Negotiations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, HR and Logistics.
In addition, Classical Arabic, Egyptian Arabic & Levantine Arabic.

During my career, I held supervision roles as a ‘Testing Unit Specialist’ and ‘Head of department' responsible for:
- Training & evaluating teaching staff.
- Testing learners and placing them at the right language levels; Beginner, Pre-intermediate/ Elementary, Intermediate, Upper-intermediate , Advanced & Proficient.
- Revising and editing all end-of-level written and oral exams.
- Handling all customers complaints whether technical or operational.

My responsibility includes teaching according to the3Ps method (Presentation, Practice and Performance) tailored to suit ‘General Conversation Courses’ in an attempt to help learners master real life situations, starting from beginners through advanced learners.

My classes focus on helping my students acquire self-confidence through encouragement, rewarding, and learning from their mistakes.

Teaching is an enjoyable experience for a teacher who strives to leave an impact and when the student senses their own improvement day after day.
