I have also started a program, lifestyle changing called 10Activ Series since the beginning of the year where I encourage people to workout at least 10min a day, every single Day. It includes bodyweight exercises, such as push up for example, core exercises such as plank or crunches, and some flexibility work, and sometimes small introduction to yoga.
