Carson, vice president of performance marketing at FlexJobs, helps more people find and join FlexJobs through marketing efforts such as SEO, digital advertising, PR, social media, content marketing, affiliate partnerships, and email. Josh earned an MBA from Babson College and a B.S. from Cornell University.

carson has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing for a variety of B2C services. Most recently, he helped grow edX, an online learning platform, and led marketing for SavingStar, a VC-backed digital grocery coupon service. carson started his career working from home, cofounding an online flower-delivery company after grad school.

Outside of work, carson enjoys indie music, watching Celtics games, visiting national parks with his wife and kids, and trying new restaurants in Boston. With work flexibility, carson saves 2 hours a day from his previous commute into the city. He’s excited to be working remotely again.
