Having previously taught secondary school music, I am familiar with the range of requirements from GCSE/ B-Tech/A-level courses. I am able to provide music tutoring for both academic syllabi and music theory exams. I also teach piano and double bass across both the classical and jazz genres. I am happy to support students through graded examinations or take a more relaxed approach in which progress is still made but without the focus of exams. I am comfortable teaching across a range of levels on both piano, double bass and music theory and have experience teaching both adults and children.

I am currently studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and am truly passionate about the positive impact music can have on individuals' lives. Music is a skill for life and can bring about joy and opportunities for shared experience.
