I start my classes with a meditation focused on one own intentions, issues they want to address and objectives.
From there, we start working with breathwork and prepare the body for the physical practice of asanas.
Depending on the needs of the client, we choose either one style of yoga between Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin, or either a mix of them. I give both the instruction for alignment and also put the focus on observing the own symptoms in a certain asanas, working on physical blockages with channeled breathwork.
After the practice, I usually dedicate some time to reflecting on what has come up by doing some creative journaling or spontaneous drawing, as an outward expression of the movements within. That’s up to the client, how much he feels he wants it.
