I'm native in Portuguese and Spanish. After scheduling a class, you will be able to join the class with few students or by yourself. We will introduce themselves and I will begin teaching the lesson using learning materials that I will provide at the end of class. You will be able to interact with the teacher and other students, but there is no pressure to do so. Towards the end of class, I will recap the lesson and ensure everybody has understood the lesson.
Both group and private classes are very effective , but it depends on your personal preferences what you’d like to do. Part of my teaching methods is to have conversations with students about diferent topics. Mainly, the topics will covered the following subjects: presentation of the person, talk about examples how to present him/herself, what to do if you are in a supermarket or school, how to interact wit the persons, etc. Also, it's important to teach grammar using documents and presentations that will be provided to the student. Basically, my online content for language courses will include at least the following: grammar lessons, grammar exercises, listening comprehension exercises, reading comprehension activities (passages followed by content questions), and vocabulary for each topic covered. Additionally, it would be helpful to have opportunities beyond expository writing assignments to work on written communication skills (e.g. responding to emails, business letters/memos, creating a short bio, etc.). I consider these processes are the best ones to learn and develop languages skills.
