Having gone to primary and secondary school back in Italy, there are many approaches and methods with students . Dependant on the level , together we can build on your strengths and weaknesses to find a suited approach that works for you .Initially we would focus more on Alphabet and numbers to enable to build better pronunciation , then move on onto the grammar side of it . With day to day work and practice everything will fall into place . Exercise will provide along with some book recommendations.
