I start every coaching relationship with a no obligation chemistry call in order to establish a relationship.
Following that, I will invite the client to complete a discovery questionnaire and a kick off session to get to know them better and understand their preferences and objectives, which is documented and shared with the client.
The client then takes ownership of this document as the architect of their own transformation.
Following each session I produce a written summary of discussion points and next steps.
Before the end of the programme, I will share a summary of their journey through the inner alignment map. This includes their mission, identity, values, beliefs, skills and behaviors and evolves as they grow.
