My lessons are always professional and focused. But they are also relaxed and engaging.
My approach, generally, is to get students thinking about the subject matter of the lesson and to engage maximum critical-thinking ability in relation to it.
Depending on the topic, I would expect students to have read and prepared material prior to the session, in order that the sessions themselves can be as productive and dynamic as possible.
