Topics covered in lessons..
Open chords, Barre chords, chord analysis and understanding of chord construction. Scales including, major, minor, ( harmonic natural and melodic), pentatonic both major and minor and the blues scales. Modal scales and application. Music reading covered.

Music theory... All aspects up to grade 5 covered. Figured bass, Bach corals and classical aspects of theory beyond grade 5 not taught.

Good patient instructor, that's adaptable to a student's needs. Hand outs provided via email of content covered in lessons. All lessons are person centered and can be lead by the student as to which direction they wish to go i.e music reading is not for everyone, so I certainly would not insist on people learning it if they don't wish to do so. All lessons are conducted in a casual laid back relaxed fashion. Any particular songs the student wishes to learn can be discussed in lessons. Various tuition books can be recommended to the student.

Drums...I cannot at present teach drums due to the lack of a drum set up and studio space. This will change as and when a suitable teaching space becomes available.

Additions...
I am also a very experienced song writer and have been applying my skill for many years over Various styles. Pop, Rock, alt, indie, jazz, blues. song writing with it's various methods maybe introduced into lessons if the student wishes.
