My lessons are usually 50 minutes long. I often like to take the first 5 minutes of the lesson to engage with the student and find out more about how they have been getting on with their studies at school. After identifying any key topics that the student would like to go over, I like to first introduce a few example questions to get us started. I love working with students as I go through examples and once the topic has been introduced and understood, I tend to implement some harder questions.
Each lesson differs from student to student depending and no lesson is the same.

I have experience working with students age ranged from 10-16. I particularly love to tutor students who are taking their GCSE exams as I completely understood the stress that students go through at that difficult period. I also have experience with helping students prepare for the 11+ exam.

I achieved an A grade in A-level Maths and an 8 in GCSE Maths. I have a strong level of understanding mathematical problems and I often enjoy solving new problems. I want to help students realise that maths can be fun!!

I achieved a grade 9 in both English Language and English Literature at GCSE Level and would love to help students with their GCSE English!
