In my classes I’m using interactive strategies, conversational activities , reading analysis and arts and crafts . I always value my students’ voice and hear their thoughts about what we are doing in class especially literature, arts and the like. I do give constructive feed back and positive narration to recognize them and support them.
I also introduce resources where they have access to do their research.
I provide my students an opportunity to widen their perspective about their goals, their dreams and how to be successful by focusing on their strengths . The various activities in class that also includes arts will enhance their expression and problem solving skills. I am a Project-Based Learning practitioner and we can do some activities like this parallel to the skills they needed to learn . I base their classroom experiences using the curriculum requirements and opportunity as a global learner to know other cultures as well. Furthermore, I am enthusiastic engaging my students to readings and activities that entails them to value what they have and their own backgrounds.
Their voices really matter as they will feel safe, respected and valued in my class. Learning is always growing and in a global classroom through this tutoring program of your company it opens a wider opportunity to learn a vast of knowledge and skills that would equip them as productive citizens and self- sufficient individuals . As a tutor I will make sure that their needs to learn and what to learn will help them explore more that will lead them to reach their goals and be the captains of their ships .
