People of all ages like coming to talk to me because they feel understood and gain new tools and perspectives. I help individuals – adults and adolescents – access their potential, address obstacles, and, ultimately, take full advantage of the opportunities that life offers them.

I received my MSW from the Smith College School for Social Work, where I gained a solid foundation in human development and social systems from a client-centered and social justice lens. I also honed my listening skills to grasp both each individual’s perspective and the context bearing on each person’s life. I applied this approach as a therapist, in private practice and community centers in NYC, Washington DC, Baltimore, Madrid, and Buenos Aires. I will therefore carefully broach any difficult topics with you and also enhance your self-esteem and problem-solving tools.

My training equipped me as well to “read between the lines” to recognize a person’s strengths, motivations, and quests, something I implement as an education consultant as I help applicants orient their search and selection of universities and courses and articulate their goals. Similarly, in your sessions with me, we will identify and navigate the professional, academic, and personal paths that you want to pursue.

Geographically speaking, I am from the US, and I have also lived in Greece, Argentina, and Spain. I work with individuals from diverse parts of the world and from very varied socioeconomic backgrounds, both within their home countries and in a larger geopolitical context. My comfort with different cultural frameworks ensures that I cultivate an inclusive trusting relationship with all students who seek Life Coaching.
