For example in order to learn fluently a language and to be able to speak (to have a daily conversation easily) this has not to be perfect, but should allow people that learn a new language (for example at school, to join any university or for example to work with business english), is important to practising active speaking, not just grammar to memorize, in order to not having fear to speak by committing mistakes.
Because any language is learned only through mistakes.
And after that, to proactive reading to learn vocabularies and listening exercises.
So, for exaple I would employ videos, music, subtitles, lessons that are interactive and funny through virtual contents. And as said, a lots of talks and discussions to improve easier.
