With over 3.5 years of experience as both a group fitness instructor and personal coach/online coach, I have developed a strong foundation in programming for both individual clients and group classes. I hold an official certification as a Fitness Coach in Croatia, and have further expanded my expertise through prestigious organizations like StrongFirst: The School of Strength, where I earned certifications in Kettlebell, Barbell, and Bodyweight Instruction.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning and delivering top-tier coaching, I completed the Empowered Performance Program by Katie St. Claire—a 12-week course that deepened my understanding of biomechanics, positional breathing, and functional movement. This has significantly enhanced the way I assess clients and create personalized training plans, ensuring they are aligned with each individual’s unique goals and needs.

My process of online trainings begins with a comprehensive assessment of each client's body, followed by customized programming designed to guide their progress over time. I place a particular emphasis on providing consistent feedback on technique and offering ongoing support, which is especially important for beginners looking to build a fitness routine and establish long-term consistency. In these cases, maintaining open and supportive communication is crucial to fostering motivation and success.

We will meet via Google Meet platform, and spend an hour of training together, in which I will guide you and explain the exercises and programming, and give you feedback on proper technique. We will meet several times a week, depending on your goals and available time.
