I prefer having one free class so we can meet and see if our needs and learning styles work. I try to personalize lectures and explain in a way that you would understand.

It's okay to make mistakes, it's okay to ask same question 10 times, it's okay not to know, were here to repeat, learn, practice and have fun. We learn more when we have fun and when we feel safe. It's okay to have 5-10 minute conversation during a class if something is bothering you, to take a break, talk about movies or your pets. I try to adapt to you, because that's why I am here. All my students have great friendship with me and are able to talk to me and tell me if we're going fast, slow, if it's not clear or if the class is boring. Just like you, I am learning too:)
I started online classes when I was I collage and continued. Each person that I worked is different, I clicked with some more than the others, but still gave all my 100% to be as professional and fair. I tried working in groups, but often, people would be shy to ask a question in fear that it's stupid, so I provided additional support for questions privately, and trying to explain with examples. And I think that having ability to ask your professor question outside the class, related to the subject or not is important. I'm here to be more than your professor. More like a mentor:) hope we hang out and learn now stuff:)
