My name is Mariana and hope for you to enjoy my classes.
I have experience teaching in Romania and UK. Currently I am working as a freelance assessor for a dental nurse college. I used also my romanian language knowledge for interpreting and translation.
During my teaching I like to have a good relation with the learners, to have a good quality dialog, in order to understand them and their needs. I prefer to have interactive classes, to engage the learner to participate. I can adapt the teaching methods and curriculum according to the level of understanding or any other requirements.
My learning strategies include, but are not limited to, question-and-answer sessions, discussion, interactive lecture (in which students respond to or ask questions), quick writing assignments,game based learning,hands-on activities, and experiential learning. After an initial discussion with the learner I set clear learning goals, make learning convenient using creative course content and create open communication channels.
The feedback from my learners is very important for me. I am confident using the computer technology and I have at home a well equipped space dedicated to this activity.
I am very flexible with the teaching time even is late in the evening.
I love to have happy learners, comfortable,connected, motivated and engaged. Maybe homeworks or assesments can give you some trouble ??.
I am sure you will enjoy the learning time and my Kahoot learning games.
If the learners are happy at the end of the day, so am I.
