Hi, I'm Maria, I have a bachelor degree as secondary school teacher in Italy and I have achieved a TEFL certificate in the UK.
Living abroad for many years and working with people from different countries has made me understand how being able to communicate effectively can make the difference on a daily basis.
I usually teach the basics of English language to yang students and adults, as well as I help foreign students to learn Italian to submit the test for the citizenship.
I have a basic understanding of Spanish and Portuguese that can help me to overcome language barriers.
I really believe that while grammar will help you to speak properly, listening and conversation will make you feel more confident.
Getting passionate about a language and the culture it represents is the best way to learn and improve your vocabulary and your speech.
