I like to modify each lesson to each individual as each person learns differently. I have been a tutor in multiple areas of biology. I like to ask each person how they learn the best (visual, auditory, hands-on) and build my lessons from there. I like to modify each lesson to each individual as each person learns differently. I enjoy building PowerPoint lessons for students to go back and review the material to ensure the material is retained. I also encourage students to ask questions for any concept, idea, or lesson they do not understand. I feel that getting something wrong the first time is the best way to correct, understand, and retain knowledge.
