In the classes I also usually use exercises from other techniques that favor the passage between postures, for example, Pilates, Eutonia or, according to the objective of the class, elements can be used that help the student to hold the different postures.
Anyone can do this activity under medical authorization, especially people who need to improve their posture, relieve tension, reduce stress factors and enjoy the present moment.
