Additional professional experience with training staff members at a swim-school in which the main goal was to give them the tools needed to have in-depth knowledge of the services provided by the school while being able to answer things that might not have been covered during training.

Some of my favorite tutoring strategies include:

-Assessment through games
-Drills and practicing mock scenarios.

The lessons are tailored to your experience and the structure of the lessons and time lines will be updated after each session along with tools for self-learning outside of the lessons. The lessons might include, if suitable for the person:

-Use of text books
- Printed material for practice and summary of content
- Use of flashcards and other studying tools
